- Upload Your Reseller Permit: Upload a copy of your valid reseller permit during registration to verify your business.
- Access Wholesale Pricing: Once your account has been reviewed and approved, you can access wholesale pricing and place orders through our website.
Curious about our products? We’d love for you to give them a try! Our entire collection is available in individual quantities on the retail side of our website. And the best part? They’re full-size products, perfect for enjoying a little lavender goodness yourself!
Placing a Wholesale Order
Our wholesale ordering process allows you to customize your order to best suit your business.
When placing your order, please select:
- Labeling Option: Choose between our Methow Valley Lavender (MVL) label, no label, or your own private label. Learn more below.
- Case Quantities: Choose the available case quantities for each product.
- Bottle Color: Select your preferred bottle color from the available options. Learn more below.

Labeling Options
We offer three flexible labeling options to suit your business needs. Choose MVL Label to receive products featuring our Methow Valley Lavender branding, No Label for products without any labels so you can add your own or sell them as-is, or Private Label (your logo) to have us create and apply custom labels featuring your business’s branding. Private Label Orders
We’re pleased to offer private-label options for businesses looking to feature our products under their own brand.
To get started, please email us your logo and label details:
- Logo File: Provide your logo in SVG, AI, or PDF format.
- Font: Specify your preferred font or provide the font details used in your branding.
- Label Color: Include your preferred label colors.
- Business Address: Provide the address you would like printed on the label.
Please include your business name and order details in your email so we can match your artwork to your order. We’ll coordinate the label design with you and confirm the details before production. Your products will arrive with your custom labels already applied.
Bottle Selection
Our wholesale products are offered in a variety of plastic Cosmo bottles, with color options including Purple, Clear, Amber, and Black, depending on the product.
Prefer glass bottles? We can accommodate special requests! Please contact us to discuss glass bottle options and availability before placing your order. Keep in mind that glass bottles are heavier than plastic, which may result in higher shipping costs.
Production Time
Our typical production time is 2–3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your order.
Larger orders or orders requiring custom labeling may need additional production time. We’ll communicate with you about expected timelines and keep you informed of any adjustments so you can plan accordingly.
If you have a specific deadline or event date, please let us know when placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Shipping, Pickup & Delivery
Wholesale orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. We select the carrier based on the best balance of shipping cost and delivery speed for your order.
If you’re local to Carlton or the Seattle area, pickup or local delivery may be possible. Please contact us to coordinate arrangements.
We’re happy to explore the most convenient option for getting your products to you!
Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
Because of the nature of our products and health and safety guidelines, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We want you to be happy with your order! If any items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs documenting the issue. We’ll review the situation and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
