We are a small family farm, and we take great pride in offering the highest quality products. We hope you love our products as much as we do! We recognize that sometimes, on rare occasions, a return or exchange may be needed. Please note:

  1. We are unable to accept the return of perishable/consumable products and personal care products (lotions, bubble baths, oils).
  2. Eligible returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  3. If a product arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at info@methowvalleylavender.com within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will make arrangements to replace your item(s) with the same items purchased.
  4. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers returning an item are responsible for shipping costs. We will let you know when we have received your shipment.
